
FLEMINGTON, NJ, SEPTEMBER 21, 2009 – SAFE in Hunterdon is excited to announce several independent fundraisers being held by
members of the community this fall. A variety of area events are planned to raise awareness and funding dollars for SAFE in Hunterdon,
including a cut-a-thon, local businesses’ grand openings, and a dance studio benefit. SAFE representatives will present at each event to
distribute literature, talk to supporters, meet members of the community and answer questions.
On September 25th and 26th, Investors Savings Bank will hold the grand opening of its new Three Bridges branch, located on Route 202
North in Three Bridges, NJ. For each new account that is opened during the grand opening weekend, Investors Savings Bank will donate $50
to the customer’s choice of either SAFE in Hunterdon or the Three Bridges Volunteer Fire Department. In addition to fostering economic
growth with affordable banking and credit programs, Investors works to benefit all segments of the community and support efforts to

On September 27th, Magnus Salon’s Cut-a-Thon will feature $10 haircuts (cuts normally start at $45), live performances by The Blue Sugar
Band, face painting and mini makeovers by Jocelyn of Refine Day Spa and food donated by ShopRite of Clinton. No appointments are
necessary. All proceeds from the event, which will be held 11 to 3 pm at the salon in Pittstown, NJ, will benefit SAFE in Hunterdon. To find

Sphericality, a unique multi-service exercise studio opening this fall on Main Street in Flemington, is planning a grand opening weekend on
October 3rd and 4th. A portion of the proceeds from the classes held this weekend will be donated to SAFE in Hunterdon. In addition,
Sphericality will donate a portion of the proceeds from its line of logo apparel and exclusive crystal jewelry, designed by Denise Cox. The
new studio specializes in GYROTONIC® exercise, and also holds Zumba®, Zumba® Gold, Zumbatomic®, yoga, core training and belly

And on October 3rd, as part of The Roman Jewelers Wedding contest, Bianca Ruffin and Domenick Distano, SAFE in Hunterdon’s finalist
couple for the competition, will hold “Dance Out Violence,” a dance exposition featuring several area studios and local talent of all ages. The
