Kara & Adam
Congratulations to Kara Horner and Adam Bottino of Lambertville, NJ.
We are so pleased that SAFE in Hunterdon was chosen as their charity.

Kara is a science teacher at South Brunswick High School. Adam is a
project manager at Century Distribution Systems. Although they grew up
in the same town, they didn't meet until after college. According to the
couple, "Fate brought Adam back from Florida to New Jersey for a job,
and they met through a mutual friend at the St. Patty’s Day Parade in
Seaside Heights, NJ.  Adam swooned her with his charm, and a week
after their chance meeting, they had their first date in Lambertville, NJ.
The rest is history."

SAFE in Hunterdon board member Millie Fischer, of Lambertville, said
she was “delighted to learn that the wedding finalists working with SAFE
in Hunterdon reside in Lambertville. It is truly a pleasure to be part of the
joyful wedding dreams of Kara and Adam. As a board member at SAFE
in Hunterdon, I hear firsthand how the downturn in the economy
increases the need for the agency’s services. We are grateful for this
opportunity to raise awareness of the issue and also to raise funding
necessary to continue to provide free and confidential services to victims
and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. It would be great
for Lambertville to come together to help this young couple celebrate
their marriage by winning this dream wedding.”

Roman Jewelers of Flemington and Bridgewater is hosting the contest for the second time
after it raised $100,000 for ten charities in just six weeks last year.  In order to win the free

successfully implements a creative and original Good Deed Plan will win the grand prize: a
complete luxury wedding courtesy of Roman Jewelers and other generous wedding vendors.
